Inactive window incomplete

When this addon is active, the inactive window is cut on the right by a 30px wide column that shows the background image (desktop). This is on gnome shell 3.32.

This issue persists in GNOME Shell 3.34.1. It is such a weird effect that I doubt anyone can come up with a fix though...

I'm noticing in Ubuntu 18.04 (Gnome 3.28) that shaded windows are cut in the bottom if they are full screen on a secondary screen without the Gnome top panel. I was able to work around this problem by adding a top bar in the secondary screen using the multi-monitors extension.
