Improve redeem error handling

If the redeemable amount is not enough to complete the user-requested action, the error shown should be handled better than with the generic "something went wrong" message.

Ideally, both cases when the minimum out amount of a mint or redeem operation is not (to be) obtained, the message should say so explicitly.
