Update DPA to i.e. Uniswap v3

DPA's frontend requires Uniswap v2 to work but it is not supported in Hemi. The app needs to be updated to Uniswap v3 (or any other reliable API) to gather token prices.

The official Sushi deployment and Oku should include Uniswap v2-compatible contracts.
