Training own dataset

I'm new to all of this and please forgive my lack of knowledge. So I have a dataset with the following structure:

/jpgs//.jpg : 8uC3 RGB intensity images
/uint8//.png : 8uC1 label map images
/jsons//.json : geometry annotations

How do I make it work with your training algorithm?
