Feature Request: API-based Client Creation and Enhanced Client Collaboration Workflow

Hello Huly Team,

I’d like to propose an enhancement to the current client management functionality, which I believe would significantly improve user experience for teams working closely with clients or external stakeholders.

Current Situation

At the moment, it's unclear whether there is a documented API method for creating clients programmatically (e.g., from external systems such as WordPress). If this feature exists, it would be very helpful to have official documentation covering its usage.

Proposed Scenarios

1. Seamless Lead-to-Client Workflow via API

Goal:
Enable creation of leads or clients in Huly via API from external sources (e.g. CRM, landing pages, websites), followed by inviting them into a workspace.

Example Flow:

• A lead is generated on a WordPress website.
• The lead data is sent to Huly via API.
• In Huly, the system allows sending an email invitation to the new lead.
• Once accepted, the lead becomes a client and can join a shared workspace.
• A project can then be created for that client, including tasks, documents, and technical specifications.
• Collaboration begins directly within Huly, involving both internal team members and the client.

This would enable a full end-to-end workflow:

Lead → Workspace Invite → Project Creation → Task Planning & Execution → Client Collaboration

2. Dedicated Workspaces per Client

Enhancement Idea:
Allow creation of a new dedicated workspace for each client, with the ability to:

• Create a new workspace
• Add the client to that space
• Assign the client as the Owner of the workspace

This use case could also serve as a powerful tool for growing the Huly community, encouraging collaboration between development teams and clients in a shared environment.
