Scrapper: Update DBS Card Game scrapper to get the newer sets

We need to update the scrapper so we update the database for the new sets (currently, it's updated only for BT07 and before).

Acceptance criteria:

• Scrapper should have all current sets.
• The newer sets should be added automatically.
