Getting 503: service not available

It looks like VS Studio Server is dependant on File Editor.
I have installed File Editor. I saw that there is VS Studio add-on for Home Assistant and decided to switch to it. I installed VS Studio Server and it works great. Then i uninstalled File Editor and suddenly i get 503 error when opening VS Studio server Web UI. i restarted it but still 503. Installed back File Editor and suddenly VS Studio code works again. i don't even need to start File Editor. it just need to be installed for VS Studio Server to work. Weird.
