不是程序员，不会pull requests但尝试修改下，目前看来启动正常。

在custom_components/yeelight_pro/init.py中增加
from homeassistant.helpers.service import async_register_admin_service

修改：
class ComponentServices:
def init(self, hass: HomeAssistant):
self.hass = hass

    async_register_admin_service(
        self.hass, DOMAIN, SERVICE_RELOAD, self.handle_reload_config,
    )
