Make advertisement ip configurable

Description

Hi, i would like to request if its possible to make the advertised IP address configurable as it is also in the core component of emulated-hue in home-assistant.

IP address and port would be needed here.

Use Case

Making the ip address and port configurable which is advertised to the "connecting" clients would make usage with virtual ip more convenient.

My use-case e.g. is that i run the emulated-hue in kubernetes and the IP of the node will change from time to time.
To make the service available under the same ip the whole time i have metal-lb running which creates a virtual ip for this service (so its hard-coded).

But currently i can not configure the emulated-hue to advertise my virtual-ip.
So making this configurable would be allow me to set it to my virtual ip.
