Add attributes to make dorado friendly

A note for myself for the next release:

Add the following attributes to the header so that the Dorado fish will be happy

@host_product_serial_number     PC48B226
@sample_id      test
@flow_cell_product_code FLO-PRO114M
```

Add the dummy `end_reason` by default
