K8s Ingress Releaser Support for IngressClass #4869

I would like to natively use the ingressClassName on the k8s releaser. This has been stable since k8s 1.19

another field in the ingress release manager for ingressClassName
Describe alternatives you've considered
some ingress controllers have started dropping support for the alternative which is using annotations for ingress-class.
Explain any additional use-cases
most ingress controllers have support for this as it has been stable for several k8s releases now.
