Playback interstitials are broken on Safari #3358
Description
Playbacks that are mediated by a download button have historically been very difficult to get working in Safari since we migrated from server-side to client-side playbacks.
Alas, the technique adopted in #3108 no longer works.
We think this may be unsolvable for Safari + RWP/wacz-exhibitor at the time of filing.
