We have two Harp behavior boards and on one of them the quadrature encoder functionality is not working anymore. It's working on the other Harp device with the same Bonsai sketch and connectivity. Screenshots of the two outputs are attached : the broken one shows just ticks as if only one of the signals is captured.
I suspect that the internal circuitry got damaged due to a wrong connection.
What could be possible fixes for that ? Can Port0 or Port1 be configured for the quadrature functionality?
