During SRM overtime we also discussed the state of on-boarding beginners into the Harp ecosystem, our takeaways were:

• We need to do a better job at encouraging people to engage with the discussions here. While we know we are definitely aware of lacking documentation, we can't know about bugs or specific points of friction if people don't tell us.
• We're already planning a Harp course in Portugal some time in June, the course materials from this should go a long way towards helping improve the state of tutorials.
  • @jfrazao Is the course invite-only? Or would it be beneficial for us to add a banner to the Harp website advertising it?
• We will to meet with a few affected parties to get their direct feedback. We hope they can take the course and afterwards we can meet again to get their feedback on whether or not the course resolved their learning pains or if there's still room for improvement
• One concrete pain point is that it's hard to know how to interact with specific devices. We should strive to improve device-specific documentation, I also opened an issue recommending we catalog specific devices: Create index of devices harp-tech.github.io#22
• I also created this issue to recommend reorganizing the website slightly to avoid subjecting the common user to information that's only relevant to a select few: Protocol details should be lower on the page or somewhere else entirely harp-tech.github.io#21
