Harp protocol core yaml stored with respective core?

Since we have a few discrepancies between the Pico and ATXMega cores as to what core registers they implement, does it make sense to store separate core yamls with the respective Harp Cores?

Also: since we are planning to add a register that indicates what core the devices is using, we can lookup this respective core.yaml from the corresponding core. We could also reinterpret the Harp version register for the respective core.
