Error when excute bundle

After of execute gem install XSpear when execute bundle I have this error:

bundle
You have one or more invalid gemspecs that need to be fixed.
The gemspec at /opt/XSpear/XSpear.gemspec is not valid. Please fix this gemspec.
The validation error was 'XSpear-1.4.1 contains itself (XSpear-1.4.1.gem), check your files list'

Can anyone help with this error ?
