Outdated documentation related to relabeling timelapse data

I think there this part of the documentation is outdated:

Last but not least, make sure that in case of time-lapse data the label image has labels that are subsquently labeled per timepoint.
E.g. a dataset where label 5 is missing at timepoint 4 may be visualized incorrectly. (under Working with timelapse data and tracking data)

is outdated because it was already addressed in Issue #48.
We need to update the documentation.

I am happy to do so as I found some other minor things which I would like to add:

Tools Menu was changed
Tools → Measurement tables → Regionprops (nsr) or if you have timelapse data Regionprops of all frames (nsr) (change here)
