handle multiple UNIPROT IDs in input #368
Description
- the user provides a main UNIPROT ID and other secondary UNIPROT IDs
- we align the sequences of all of them
- we extract the interfaces available for the secondary UNIPROT IDs and project them on the main sequence
- then the standard workflow continues
it should be useful to analyse the interactome of related protein families
asked by multiple arctic3d users
