Vimeo pro support not working will

Hello when add a new interactive video the preview works for some time and then it show Video format not supported i tried everything choosing a different video resolution links upgrading the wordpress, h5p and all h5p libraries.

If anyone found a solution for this please give us what you did to make it work.
