Prerequisites

Proposal

I want to document the small steps needed to make h5bp work with TypeScript (I am also tempted to just make TypeScript the default because I think it's better but I'll do the docs first and then make another branch with TypeScript turned on from the beginning)

Motivation and context

I like typescript!
