@Claus65 My HA had the same problem after the update, after rebooting issue still persisted.
But after a complete reboot of the entire system (running HA on a raspberry pi 4) the integration works.
Not sure if just a coincidence but just wanted to share.

Can you please explain how you integrated it. I tried it manually and also automatically I get an internal server error 500.

I'm just spitballing on hunches here, but isn't this some sort of ratelimiting issue or something?

The integration works for me for some random amount of time, then randomly stops working and then suddenly appears to be working again. I have no proof whatsoever but it feels like either a flaky (backend!) connection (to Toshiba) (my RPi is connected wired, so no WiFi issues) or maybe something like a ratelimit...
