Multiple clicks in a short time on the notification bell may lead to multiple entries #256

Describe the bug
Clicking multiple times may load and display the same entries.
To Reproduce
Fast click multiple times on the bell.
Expected behavior
Clear current messages before.
Similar issue as #244 and there are probably more cases. Actually the current dom should always be dropped before adding data to avoid such bugs.

- client os: Linux Mint 19
