Dockerhub Github integration

Requirements for each repo:

  • The Github gwu-libraries build team (of which gwul-services is a member) must have Admin access to the Github repo
  • In Dockerhub, in the "Configure Automated Builds" tab, add a Build Trigger. Copy the Payload URL and add it as a Webhook in the Github repository. Configure the webhook to trigger when a new tag is created.
