@Slugger70 this is needed for the ABRPI "Sepsis" initiative.

Although it is in Brew, you need to alter the launch script to change the RAM to bigger!

This is now in the ABRPI machine, but could it also be added to the general mGVL (= Microbial GVL and Tutorial Indices?) so that if people are setting up their own instance, they are able to run the command-line tutorial. Thanks. @Slugger70 @tseemann
