GEOexplorer web version server error #52

Dear developers of GEOexplorer,
First I would like to appreciate your effort on creating this tool for assessing GEO as some datasets cannot be analyzed with GEO2R. I've encountered a message of server error today when trying to access the website through the following link https://geoexplorer.rosalind.kcl.ac.uk/. I would be immensely grateful if you would be able to investigate the problem.
