We need a new general endpoint similar to:https://mulearn.org/api/v1/dashboard/profile/get-user-levels/
This endpoint should:
Return all existing levels
Include the tasks for each level
Be accessible without authentication
Refer to Dashboard → MUJourney for the existing API implementation.
