Tutorial using Gradle with Kotlin DSL in the Documentation

Thanks for the starter tutorials in the Documentation - super helpful.
Would it be possible to get a version of the same using Gradle with Kotlin DSL?

Maybe revive (create a new PR as the current one appears to be broken/I cannot make code suggestions on it) #412 and also include the docs additions in there)
