I think it would be beneficial to add these implements regarding page navigation because it is getting a little difficult to keep track of where each page and tables are when the document is really big.

• Tables being color coded so it’s easier to visually see the different pages and can then be navigated towards.
• Having folders to mimic directories
• Being able to see who is viewing a document similar to when working with shared excel files and we can see the people on the file.
• Having a defaulted state of all the folders or tables collapsed instead of expanded.

This is now configurable (mentioned at end of https://support.getgrist.com/newsletters/2025-07/#more-grist-updates)

For the first two, definitely more could be done, although people use emoji in table names and page nesting to good effect.
