I would like to be able to view mathematical formulas in the markdown viewer.
Describe the solution you would like
Usually this is achieved via $\LaTeX$-support in the Markdown flavour.
On Github for example $a^2 + b^2 = c^2$ renders to $a^2 + b^2 = c^2$ MathJax is a Javascript LaTeX renderer that works in the browser and could possibly be implemented in the Markdown renderer.
