Set Last-Modified header in CSV endpoint

Hi amigos!

When displaying Grist data in uMap, we'd like to display the most recent modification of the "map", which includes the modifications in the data itself, hosted in Grist, and retrieved from the CSV endpoint, at map load.

Would it be possible to set the Last-Modified header on the CSV endpoint (with the last modification date of the table it is from) ?
