Example files

Hello,

Could you upload some simple example files? I'm trying to use this on my own depth maps, but the output is nonsensical. I assume that my depth maps or extrinsics are in the wrong format, so it would be useful to have a sample set of `depth_maps`, `Ks`, `Rs`, and `Ts` so that we could run the example code on the `readme`.
