Update rule identifier for XML rules according to new version of referential repository

Some XML rules have their rule ID that have changed in the rule definition repository: https://github.com/green-code-initiative/ecoCode. They have been put together with their Java equivalent.

The following XML rules IDs must be updated in the plugin :

• EC542 -> EC507
• EC541 -> EC505
• EC545 -> EC519
• EC546 -> EC520
