Hello!
In Chrome v70.x a PIP (Picture-in-Picture) mode was introduced for any HTML5 video containers.
To see it with your own eyes, go to any Youtube video and rightclick twice inside a playing video to get Chrome's own menu and go to "Picture in picture". It'll pop out into a minimalist always-on-top floating player and stay up for as long as the tab is alive. (The tab also gets a special blueish icon that indicates the PIP feature is in use.)
(The double rightclick is needed for Youtube because they have their own custom rightclick menu, but most regular video players in other websites that don't have a custom menu can be put in PIP mode without a second rightclick being necessary.)

Would it be possible for The Great Suspender to have an option for not suspending any tab using this PIP video mode? It'd be awesome. 🎩
