BUG Lathe Mode , On Hold sometimes gcodes wont continue

Hi , im using GRBLHAL with protoneer choice and STM32F446 Nucleo , i try the lathe mode , but i found out when i click pause & run rapidly , sometimes it wont continue and stuck on " HOLD " ( cant click anything except "stop") , after click "stop" , it appear ALARM3 , it happen randomly , oftenly stop on G0 with G96 or G97 is ON , and sometimes it on Dwell , may i knew whats going on ? ; UPDATE : when i try to change gcode into G94 based , everything is safe , but on G95 mode , it oftenly got Stuck on Hold especially when G0 Z -- , UPDATE : when stuck , the verbose output is show " HOLD : 1 " after break out the code it seems that EXEC_CYCLE_COMPLETED was not done ? ,still figuring out on what happens ,
