SKR 3 EZ Probe Pin

I can not get the probe to trigger on my SKR 3 (EZ), the board map says AUXINPUT1_PIN 13 // Z probe.
But I can not trigger any response from pin 13.
Am I missing something obvious ?

Do you see a difference in the $pinstate output?
That appears to change as expected for me when shorting the probe pin to ground (is normally pulled up to 3.3v)..

it does not change, I short to ground via a 4.7K resistor.

Looking at the schematic, it's pulled up to 3.3V with 4.7K, so you probably need a stronger pull down to reach a logic low?

Nice it working now, I build a optocoupler board for all io all with 4.7K resistors and it is working fine.
Then I just looked up the Schematics too, and you are right, the probe is 4.7K, and all limits mm. are 10K.
That would have taken me a long time to figure out, thank you very much for your help and the quick response.
