RGB led lights not enabled for RP2040/2350 in web builder

Any reason for this? Out of PIOs?

I've had several users asking about it.

Out of pins or no pin defined and/or possibly out of PIOs. Only BTT SKR Pico has a pin always assigned, PicoCNC if ethernet not enabled. Board map might be updated for other boards - and the driver code should be enhanced to use DMA.

I'll update the Web Builder definitions in driver.json for the PicoCNC and BTT boards - I guess I just forgot to do it.

I have updated the Web Builder definitions and driver/RP23U5XBB board to use AUX out 1 for RGB out when enabled.
