Upgrade Process from v0.17.1 to upper version

Hello. I'm stucked at upgrade procedure from 0.17.1 to higher ver.

As far as i see, nm-upgrade binary converts only netmaker host itself and not fills up hosts table with legacy clients. Thus when i upgrade the first one netclient to upper version, it become know nothing about the rest netclients and completely disrupt connectivity with other meshed netclients.

In 0.20.6 release notes there is a point

Upgrade Process from v0.17.1 to latest version can be now done seamlessly, please refer docs for more information: https://docs.netmaker.io/upgrades.html#id2

What does it means seamlessly and where to find this mistique #id2 anchor in 2025?
