Cant Downlowd aplay pakage?

i was trying to use the chicago 95 plus program and tried to install the dependencies but the one called "aplay" juts dosent exist? when i try to downlowd it it fails with an error teling me the package couldnt be found and i cant find it anywere else please help what do i do!

(its in german sorry i know that isnt that helpfull)

The program also dosent work? when i select a theme it takes a bit closes the file explorer window but then dosent select anything and for some reson the settings text is upside down???

You can figure which package to install, by finding which package has your executable:

sudo apt install apt-file
sudo apt-file update
apt-file search "bin/aplay"

apt-file update pulls in the newest content information for current packages, you should run it every now and then. apt-file search finds files, whose paths contain something; for example, if you prefix your path with bin/, it can find you executables.

Just install the corresponding package once you've found it. You can also use this approach for libraries and other files.

I am so so sorry to inconvenience you but i have no clue what this means i did run it it did do something but i don't know what and it unsurprisingly hasn't magically fixed my problem if you need anything from me ill do my best to provide it
