Support get_contactpoints query param

What Grafana API endpoint the library is missing?
get_contactpoints already exists, but it doesn't support the query param:

thank you for writing in and reporting this gap. Do you think you would be able to whip up a patch and submit a pull request, or raise interest about it with one of your colleagues? We will happily accept any contribution in this regard.
