If there is an interest in having gqrx decoding EOT and HOT packets, in a separate window similar to AFSK1200 packet decoder, I have a reference implementation of such functionality in a gqrx clone I am willing to contribute.

Unfortunately, Gqrx's design is not well-suited for the addition of digital modes. For the time being, I would suggest routing audio to an external decoder using either the "UDP" function or the "Record audio" function.

I apologize, but I have successfully implemented this feature to my own copy of gqrx and have been using it since I've made this post. I think the program is well architected and allows for a great deal of flexibility.
