在Worker节点的Recommend函数中，我看到去重（过滤已读和负反馈内容）是直接使用的loadUserHistoricalItems，将数据库中所有反馈查询出来，在用户历史反馈过多的情况下是否会导致性能问题呢，有没有更好的离线过滤方式呢
