Jest Test Breaks upon upgrading to v10

Dug into the Gaxios code and noticed that we are now using dynamic imports recently. I'm not quite sure how to resolve this for our jest tests? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Unfortunately we don't provide environment-specific suggestions so I'll move this to the discussions tab. However after doing a quick search, it seems you might want to enable --experimental-vm-modules

We've done a pretty good job at not using anything experimental for our codebase and would perfer to not require to turn on a experimental feature for one single package. Its also not like this feature is going to be in proper node anytime soon (its in stability 1: Early development).
