Google Tag Manager needs to support iOS 15

Recently, Firebase's iOS library has been updated into 12.0 which comes with iOS 15 support. This, however, is blocked by Google Tag Manager's iOS 12 support which clashes with:

The package product 'FirebaseAnalytics' requires minimum platform version 15.0 for the iOS platform, but this target(GoogleTagManagerTarget) supports 12.0
