GoogleIMALoader.adsLoader(_:failedWith:) code 1009 message

When I try to load the ads, the GoogleIMALoader.adsLoader delegate method shows below error.

code 1010 message The response does not contains a valid ads.

I am using the latest version of GoogleAds-IMA-iOS-SDK with is 3.23.0. The IOS version is 13.0*

If I use the VAST url it works but I need to us the VMAP url and this does not work, neither on simulator nor on real device.

The same VAST and VMAP url is working on android platform.
