I have read the release notes.
It only mentioned Python3.9(v8.0), Python3.11(v9.5), Python3.12(v9.8), Python3.13(v9.12).

Could you tell me which version of or-tools began to support Python 3.10?
And it is helpful to also add the information into the release notes :-)
