How to zoom out a model with a wheel relative to the base load of the object

You can try setting the default scale then in the attributes, before it loads. You can try this instead. This will give you a non-JS solution. Eg.

So you basically want to allow more zoom out? Try playing around with "max-camera-orbit" and "min-camera-orbit" values, that will allow you to zoom in and out more, since I believe that is what you are looking for. https://modelviewer.dev/docs/#stagingandcameras-attributes

If that is not the case, you can import your model into a 3D software like Blender and change the scale there.
Or you can set the scale in the modelviewer element like @StillOnMyWay suggested.

I just inspected your code, that is quite a large burger you got there. (121m x 117m x 75.7m)

I also tried setting the max-camera-orbit="auto auto 1000m", that allows you to zoom out more. But that is a big value to be honest, you should make the burger in real scale instead of working with blown up numbers.
