No Hugging Face support

There should be support for any Hugging Face model so that one can use langextract with more free and smaller models.

Hey @georgiachanning, Hugging Face support would be perfect as a provider plugin!

We're encouraging community-maintained provider packages to keep the core focused on extraction features. See #99 for the broader provider discussion and examples/custom_provider_plugin/ for how to build one.

Let's continue the conversation in #99 - I'll close this issue to consolidate provider discussions there.
