Add Linux aarch64/arm64 builds

Your CI builds are currently only offering x86_64 builds for Linux. It would be great if you could also offer arm64/aarch64 builds.

I did a brief search and didn't see any armg64/aarch64 github action runners available, that are not self-hosted. Do you have any examples of this being possible? I would be supportive of it but don't want to spend too much time setting something up that isn't batteries-included.

@vtstanescu as far as I can see, the Mac.flatc.binary.zip is an arm64 binary: https://github.com/google/flatbuffers/releases/tag/v24.3.25
