Is it possible to use filament as a GIS render engine?

Drawable types

PointCloud

features: larget scale with random points, possible hundred GBs even TBs.

Vectors

features: the vector lines, curves and hathces and so on, with complex visualization styles.

RasterImages

features: the texture-like images, possiblely large scale in GIS, with TB size per frame.

Models/Meshes

features: common model rendering, filament may already supported.

What I think the most difficult things are as follows:

1. how to implement the dynamic data dispatching, and make it as an extension for filament.
2. the vector data vecorizing in filament, best practice is vectorizing the vector data in GPU using geometry shader, but vectorizing is hard to do.
