Consider license change to CC-0 for clarity

Apache license is good for code, but it is not as applicable for "content".  A more common content license, used by Wikipedia and many others, is one of the [CreativeCommons licenses](https://creativecommons.org/).  The most reliable/free is [CC-0](https://creativecommons.org/public-domain/cc0/) -- public domain dedication.
